ΔMDC is a retrofit of the existing Swinburne design building (AMDC).

It has been re-imagined as a collective hub for students, lecturers and visitors where its sole purpose is not only for work and study but also a place where people are able to relax.

The glass facade opens up to numerous views around Swinburne while also having bi-fold screens behind them to block the sunlight if need be.
